Delivery times for standard shipping depend mostly on location and would take between one (1) to ten (10) business days, sometimes a little longer to remote areas. Parcels are dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. The method chosen will depend on your location. All parcels are sent with full tracking information. Deliveries are only made on weekdays.
Delivery times for express delivery are typically between one (1) to three (3) business days. Major metro areas are typically the next business day after dispatch. All parcels are fully trackable. Deliveries are only made on weekdays.
We are not able to offer any delivery time guarantees, as we have no direct control over our freight providers. The estimated shipping times are from when orders have been dispatched out and not from the time of ordering. Please pay close attention to the estimated dispatch date to avoid any disappointments.
Signatures and Authority To Leave
Unless otherwise instructed, we will send all parcels with an “Authority To Leave”, meaning the delivery driver will leave the parcel without a signature being required, providing it is safe to do so. Should you require a signature, then, there is an additional fee of AUD2.00 on top of any other delivery charges incurred. If the driver is unable to obtain a signature, then they will leave a card with instructions on how to obtain your parcel. Depending on the carrier we have chosen, this may be either your local Post Office or you may be required to arrange for a redelivery and will depend on the delivery method used.
Post Office Boxes
We are able to deliver to Post Office (PO) Boxes, but our shipping methods, however, for delivery are somewhat limited and therefore will be dispatched by Standard Delivery only, regardless of the shipping method chosen. We, therefore, suggest that you choose Standard Shipping to PO Boxes to avoid disappointments. No refunds will be entertained for deliveries to PO Boxes via an express method.
International Shipping Options
We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders made through our official website. Standard shipping is by Registered Airmail, which takes between three (3) to Fifteen (15) working days for delivery. An express shipping option is available, upon requests, and it is based on your location and the number of items in your shopping cart. All orders, with the exception of some backorders, are dispatched via a trackable method. Such a method may be limited in your country.
Taxes and Duties
Import Customs and Duty For Orders Delivered Outside Of Australia
Most countries have import duties and other taxes on goods entering their country. The amount you are allowed to import varies from country to country and you are responsible for all charges that may be applied to allow your goods to leave customs. We are not able to estimate what these charges might be and therefore, cannot be held responsible for any taxes and/or duties. We would always include a customs declaration form (CN22) or a commercial invoice (for courier deliveries), which has the value of the products being purchased, based on the price paid. We are legally unable to enter any other value or to mark orders as gifts. We encourage all customers to take into account whether there are any taxes, duties and/or costs associated with their goods before ordering.
Goods and Services Tax (GST)
Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable on all products, with the exception of some Mastectomy Bras, which are classified as medical products, for all orders delivered to an Australian address and is included in the Regular Retail Price (RRP) paid. Your Tax Invoice will be automatically be generated by our system and all pricing includes GST where applicable. For orders delivered outside Australia, the price you see listed is the price you pay, subject to import taxes and/or duties. No GST is collected on your behalf if orders are dispatched outside of Australia.
