RETURNS POLICY

Our Thirty (30) Day Hassle Free Returns Policy

 

Beha Lingerie is pleased to offer a satisfaction guarantee for all items purchased from us.  We offer a Thirty (30) day policy (from the original date of dispatch) for all our items, provided it is returned to us in their original condition and/or packaging that would render the product to be saleable, unworn, unwashed, no smell and/or odour of tobacco smoke and with all labels and/or tags intact.  For all briefs and/or bottoms, etc., they should be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.

 

Returns, If Size Is Not Right

 

To ensure that you get what you want more efficiently and accurately, we no longer offer traditional exchanges.  With our new system, you will get the right size and/or colour faster if you simply place another order with us rather than exchanging your existing order.  We encourage you to buy multiple sizes and colours, try them on in the comfort of your own home, and then, just return your unwanted sizes to us.  This saves you time in getting the right size the very first time round.  Upon receiving the unwanted sizes at our warehouse, we would refund what we receive to your account, less the postage for the returned items.  Inform us about the returns by e-mailing returns@behalingerie.com.au and let us know which item(s) is(are) intended to be returned.

 

Returns, If There Is a Flaw

 

If you have purchases a faulty item and need to replace it (provided goods are returned to us in their original condition and/or packaging, unworn, unwashed, no smell and/or odour of tobacco smoke and with all labels and/or tags intact.  For all briefs and/or bottoms, etc., they should be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons), simply inform us about the returns by e-mailing returns@behalingerie.com.au and let us know what is wrong and/or faulty with the item.  We would replace the item we receive and will send the replacement out to you.  This depends on the stock availability.  In the event that the stock is unavailable, a substitute item of a similar value and size will be shipped out instead.  Shipping fees are refundable on all manufacturing defects only.  We will refund up to AUD7.45 in shipping fees only.  This applies for both local and/or international shipments.

 

Important Notes

 

Refunds will only be made by the original payment method.  In the case of credit cards, refunds will be made only to the original card used to make the purchases.  Please note that depending on the payment method used, refunds may take up to fourteen (14) days.

 

Items Not Accepted

 

Products that are returned to us need to be in their original condition and/or packaging that would render the product to be saleable, unworn, unwashed, no smell and/or odour of tobacco smoke and with all labels and/or tags intact.  For all briefs and/or bottoms, etc., they should be tried on over your own underwear for hygiene reasons.  Upon receiving your products, our team of specialists will inspect the products returned.  If we find the products to be not in accordance to the abovementioned terms and conditions, we reserve the rights to reject any returns whatsoever with the rights not to refund and/or compensate financially or otherwise whatsoever.  You would, instead, be required to send us a fully paid return envelope or parcel (depending on your returns) to us for the collection of your items that you had sent to us.  This will be done in writing.
